FIFO shipping was quick and product was received in perfect condition. The directions were easy to understand but alittle hard to read as they were fuzzy.
System (x2) went together nicely and we quickly learned that putting two combined on a wire pantry rack wasn't going to work. The rack started sagging and so the unit was relocated to the another location on a solide shelf and utilized there. Easy to use and works as advertised I plan on buying more in the future.
